Every garden room project varies depending on your requirements and preferences, however, an approximate price guideline to work off would be £1200 per m2 plus the cost of windows and doors. So aside from your window and door selection (as this has the biggest cost variation) this covers all aspect of the build including;

• reinforced concrete base

• choice of flooring & external cladding

• internal spot lighting

• external spot and entrance lighting

• internal socket points

• plastered and painted finish
